Meet Miranda

Real Estate Advisor | The Resolve Group @ Compass | Paris Property Group

Miranda Junowicz is that rare American real estate advisor who move fluidly between two worlds: the Silicon Valley luxury market and the closed, notary-driven world of Paris property. Over the last 23 years, she has built a career on guiding sophisticated buyers and sellers through complex, high-stakes transactions on both sides of the Atlantic. She was named a RealTrends 2026 agent, placing in the top 1.5 percent nationwide.

Before real estate, Miranda practiced law, first as a civil rights advocate and later as general counsel for a global company in San Francisco. That legal training now underpins her work on cross-border structuring, investment strategy, and financial considerations for U.S and French property law, giving her clients unparalleled protection and assurance.

Miranda's clientele spans entrepreneurs, executives, and families seeking a foothold in Paris, and her firm, Paris Property Group, has become a trusted resource for international buyers navigating French real estate law, taxation, and co-ownership structures. Her work and expertise have been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, HGTV's House Hunters International, and David Lebovitz's book and podcast.

In the Bay Area, Miranda's practice with The Resolve Group at Compass serves buyers and sellers across Silicon Valley's most competitive markets, including Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos and the surrounding Peninsula. She works with tech executives, entrepreneurs, and relocating families, from corporate relocations to intricate multiple-offer negotiations. She brings the same rigor and discretion to a Palo Alto listing as she does to a Paris purchase. Her fluency in both markets lets her advise clients who are managing property, and often relocation, on two continents at once.

A UC Berkeley and Yale Law School graduate, Miranda speaks fluent French and conversational Hebrew and German. She splits her time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Paris, where she keeps offices in the 7th arrondissement, and also owns property in Lake Tahoe, California and the Languedoc region in the south of France.
