Compass Global Division keeps the relationship you trust connected across borders, with Compass advisors who actively transact in the US and are legally able and physically doing business in the international markets they represent.

Why It Was Created

A named advisor. Not an anonymous handoff.

The Division was built around a simple standard: every referral leads to a real person — a Compass-affiliated advisor who lives and works in that market, operating through their own independently and locally authorized company. Every market is covered by considered design, not by volume.

Every referral connects to a named advisor with verified, lawful, on-the-ground authority — never an unfamiliar third party.

Structured, Not Casual

Clear referral agreements, defined workflows, and Compass network carve-outs replace informal, opportunistic connections.

Curated, Not Crowded

Membership is invitation-only and intentionally limited — often to a single Compass agent per city, region, or territory.

In the United States, participating advisors are Compass-affiliated. Outside the United States, they operate independently through their own locally authorized companies and legal affiliations — Compass Global Division connects clients to that expertise; it does not operate, broker, or license real estate services abroad.
